3. Registration and User Account

To purchase a pass, you must create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. VenePass reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Pass Purchase and Use

By purchasing a VenePass, you agree to the following conditions:

Passes are personal and non-transferable. Each pass is linked to the buyer's identity.
You must present a valid identification document along with your digital pass when entering attractions.
Passes are valid for 7 consecutive days from the first activation at an attraction.
Each attraction included in the pass can be visited only once.
Schedules and availability of attractions are subject to each operator's conditions.
VenePass does not guarantee the availability of all attractions at all times due to factors such as weather, maintenance, or special events.

5. Pricing and Payments

Pass prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed through secure and certified payment providers. VenePass reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but changes will not affect already purchased passes. Promotions and discounts have specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.

6. For Partner Attractions

Attractions joining the VenePass network agree to the following conditions:

Honor all valid VenePass passes presented by visitors.
Maintain quality and safety standards in their facilities and services.
Provide updated information about schedules, availability, and special conditions.
Allow VenePass to use images and descriptions of the attraction for promotional purposes.
Payments to attractions will be made according to the terms of the individual commercial agreement.
VenePass reserves the right to remove attractions that do not meet quality standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the VenePass website and application, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design, is the property of VenePass or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

VenePass acts as an intermediary between travelers and attractions. To the extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or availability of services provided by partner attractions.
We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that occur during visits to attractions.
We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure, including natural disasters, conflicts, or pandemics.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the pass in question.

9. User Conduct
